Naciki graduated in 2014 with a Master’s in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College. He holds certifications in Motivational Speaking from IAP College, Understanding Emotional Intelligence to Increase Your Effectiveness from Kent State University, and Crucial Conversations from Vital Smart. Naciki is also a Certified Financial Instructor and the owner of SANN Enterprises LLC and President and Founder of Wealth Generation Legacy Inc.

Naciki has worked in corporate American for over 10 years. He has held many leadership roles and has won numerous awards. Some roles and awards are as follows; Team Leader, Emerging Leader, Team of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Representative of the Year, two time Leaders Club winner, and Masters Club Winner.

Naciki wrote his first book on personal finances entitled Personal Finance Does Matter. He has created a curriculum on personal finance that has been taught in New Haven, Hartford, and Waterbury. Naciki is very passionate about educating youth, young adults, and adults on better money management and life skills 

He currently resides in Bloomfield, Connecticut.

Samuel Saylor Jr., President

With pride Samuel R. Saylor Jr. was born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut. Born to two wonderful and caring parents who worked tirelessly to instill the importance of love and compassion in his life. As a child growing up in the inner city he was faced with many challenges which mirrored many of his counterparts. He truly believes without the positive interactions and relationships over the course of his life Samuel couldn’t be certain of where he’d be today.

Samuel attended high school at Sport Sciences Academy the first charter school in Hartford graduating in 2002.  In 2007, he received a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a focus in Psychology, Public Health and Sociology at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT. Upon his return to Hartford in 2007, he has been an unwavering support for the Hartford community and involved in many initiatives geared toward empowering city residents. To the community he is known as Mr. Opportunity and serves as the Executive Director of a community based organization called Brothers Creating Opportunities LLC which focuses on creating opportunity through enrichment, empowerment and accessible resources through transformative efforts.

His professional contributions consists of working with children and families involved in the social justice system. Providing care coordination, case manager and advocacy services. He has diverse experience working with vulnerable populations. His passion for the community has led him to return to school where he is a student in Springfield College Master Social Work program.

When asked why have you chosen to live a life of service. Samuel replied “If not me, then who?”

Stephanie Reid, Treasurer

When information can change your whole world, it’s a crime to keep it to yourself. When Stephanie was introduced to the idea of financial freedom, it struck a cord in her. Through continuous reading and learning, she wishes to share this very information with who ever she can. She truly believes that, each one - teach one - reach one! 

Stephanie is also a licensed realtor and loves sharing any information that can assist those in the community when it comes to home ownership.

D’Andra Whyte, Secretary

D’Andra Whyte is the Secretary of Wealth Generation Legacy.  She is a resident of Bloomfield, Connecticut and a graduate of Bloomfield High School. She attended Uconn for her Undergraduate Degree and now is currently a first year Master’s Student in the School Counseling Program at Uconn.  She is a founding member of Achievement First Hartford High where they provide college preparatory education to the youth of Hartford, CT. D’Andra is currently in the Achievement First Leadership Fellows program where she is developing her skills as a leader to effectively empower the youth. She is very passionate about helping and supporting young adults as they journey their way through college and life.
